Take a look at these before and after photos of a crawl space encapsulation we finished in Lincolnton, NC 28092. This crawl space was experiencing extreme water intrusion which lead to wood rot and mold. After we completed a full mold remediation when then started tackling the needed structural repairs to replace the rotted wood as well as to shore up other parts of the crawl space that had gotten soft due to the moisture issues. Once the above was completed, we go to work installing a full encapsulation which included the walls and piers of the crawl space to be wrapped and sealed. Then we laid down our fiber reinforced liner and sealed this to the walls and floor to create one continuous barrier. To finish this project off we installed a Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifier to regulate the ambient moisture inside the crawl space.
