Which Services Does HydroHelp911 Perform?

We specialize in crawl space repair and encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair. We also perform framing and structural repair, but only at the subfloor and below. We do not touch anything above the subfloor of a home. We are not a general contractor, and we do not want leads outside of these categories. Please do not send us leads for services we do not perform. Those leads will not be paid.

What this looks like in practice

10 leads pay $1,000 in flat fees. At our 34% close rate, 10 quality leads produce about 3 to 4 closed jobs, which adds $1,296 to $1,728 in back end payments. That is about $2,296 to $2,728 in total.

There is no volume cap, but we actively monitor lead quality. See the Lead Quality Policy below.

How Do Tracking and Payouts Work?

You submit every lead through our app. We use a white labeled version of GetTheReferral. You will receive access after you are approved as a partner.
You can see exactly where each lead stands in our pipeline and what your pending payout looks like, all in real time inside the app.
Flat fee paid per qualified lead received. $100 per exclusive lead that meets our criteria (see the Lead Quality Policy below).
Your 3% back end is paid within 30 days of a job being completed. You can see your pending earnings in the app, with no chasing invoices.

Lead Quality Policy

We only pay for leads that result in a written estimate. If our sales team arrives at a job and is unable to write an estimate, meaning the lead does not represent a genuine, serviceable need within our scope, that lead will not be paid.

We actively monitor quality ratios. Our blended close rate is 34%. If your leads convert significantly below that benchmark, for example if we receive 100 leads and close only 5, we will flag it as a quality concern and address it directly with you. Consistently low quality lead flow can end the partnership.

This policy protects both sides. A partner who sends quality leads has nothing to worry about under it.

We actively buy leads within about two hours of Charlotte, NC and Wilmington, NC. This covers most of central and western North Carolina and the Wilmington and coastal region, and it extends into upstate South Carolina.

We maintain a full ZIP code spreadsheet for every service area we cover. Approved partners receive this list, so you know exactly which ZIP codes to target.
