We’re looking for a SUPERSTAR to join our team! Don’t even call or message unless you are an overachieving closer and can prove it.

This is in the foundation repair industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old- if you have the stuff we’ll know.This outside sales rep position is responsible for all things associated with sales. This position will be responsible for bringing in work for the company both through company provided leads and from leads found through other methods obtained by you. All employees of HydroHelp911 are expected to do what is in the best interest of the company to provide a professional experience for our customers.

Job Description

  • Sales Rep will be responsible for estimating 5-10 jobs per week
  • Estimating jobs will include performing a thorough crawl space, basement, or foundation inspection
  • Inspection to include crawling/walking around crawl spaces, basements, and foundations while taking pictures, diagnosing where and why water intrusion is occurring, why mold is growing, why structural damage is occurring, etc.
  • Multiple follow ups with homeowners during the sales process will be required


  • Provide our customers with a positive experience in a professional manner
  • Available for contact Monday-Saturday
  • This is a 40+ hour per week job
  • Sales rep should become proficient in company technology
  • Sales rep will be required to follow up with customers multiple times throughout the sales process.
  • Sales rep will be expected to answer any questions foreman/crew has
  • Sales rep will be expected to close at minimum 30% of leads.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Serve as the client’s point of contact for any questions or issues that the customer may have in regards to the estimate/quote
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they received and understand the estimate
  • Address client concerns in a timely and complete manner


  • Be able to crawl throughout a crawl space
  • Cannot be claustrophobic
  • Must be proficient in basic technology

This position does NOT require prior foundation experience but does required in-home sales experience. Candidate(s) will be required to work in confined places such as crawl spaces. Candidate(s) should be likable and able to create strong relationships with our customers and maintain this throughout their customer experience with HydroHelp911.

HydroHelp911 will provide the right candidate with a fully wrapped company vehicle, fuel card and company I-Pad and all other necessary tools that would be needed.

Pay: $130,000.00 $190,000.00 per year

This position does NOT require prior foundation experience although construction experience is a plus. Candidate(s) will be required to work in confined places such as crawl spaces. Candidate(s) should have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and able to follow directions and work unsupervised at times.

This will be full-time work paid weekly, (40+ hrs./week). Paid time off (PTO), 401K match, weekly bonuses, etc. This work is dirty and hard. Those who cannot show up on time and be dependable should not waste our time or yours. Candidates(s) will be required to wear PPE and respirators at times.

The Service Technician position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of prior projects, equipment, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and ensuring the company achieves its projected goals. The service tech should set high standards of customer service and lead by example. The service tech will exhibit the highest level of professionalism to make sure customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company. 

Business Development Responsibilities  

  • Build client relationships in order to offer additional services and to receive referrals
  • Provide accurate measurements/quantities in a timely manner when requested by potential clients for upsell opportunities
  • Post educational and informational information from job sites to the company’s google business profile page


Day-to-Day Operations

  • Must be a self starter and self sufficient
  • Manage calendar effectively and arrive to all meetings and appointments on time
  • Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, goals and objectives are met.  Address issues as needed.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Send weekly reports to Project Manager
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Oversee and complete annual maintenances
  • Oversee inventory and warehouse cleanliness
  • Organize, prepare, and stage materials for crews
  • Follow all sales processes and procedures as well as attend sales training
  • Weekly reporting of KPI’s to leadership 


Quality Control

  • Display a high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Continue to reinforce high standards of workmanship and quality of work.
  • Maintain required documentation and see that it is posted in the correct location


Customer Satisfaction

  • Serve as the client’s point of contact for any questions or issues that the customer may have concerning their annual maintenance..
  • Address client concerns in a timely and complete manner


KPIs – This position is expected to grow and change with organizational needs. This candidate is expected  to understand the changing needs of the organization and be willing to accept new challenges and KPI’s.
