Check out this project in Dallas, NC where we went in and replaced a lot of rotten wood due to high moisture levels in this crawl space. After stabilizing the home we removed the wood and replaced it with new, treated wood. We then proceeded to install a 15 mil moisture barrier and our AprilAire Commercial Dehumidifier to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Take a look at the photos and let us know what you think!
