Here is a new construction project that we had the pleasure of working on. This contractor called us to install a 15 mil reinforced moisture barrier in the crawl space before the building was set on the foundation. After the building was set, we then cleaned, waterproofed, and applied a redundant layer of waterproofing dimple board to help with water drainage which was taken to the road via a discharge line. We then backfilled the foundation using #57 clean stone to prevent any settlement issues and to aid in drainage.
