This customer was experiencing differential settlement of her home due to poor drainage around the house. She contracted with us to install all new PVC gutter downspouts to drain all of the roof water away from her homes foundation and to the street. She also had us install 3 helical piers to prevent further settlement on the left side of her home which had already experienced structural damage due to the poor drainage.
