Check out this Crawl space encapsulation project we just finished in Hudson, NC. This crawl space was experiencing mold and structural issues because of moisture and waterproofing problems. We came in and installed a full perimeter drainage system to manage the water which all let to a 3/4 HP sump pump to get the water outside and away from the foundation. After we sealed the entire crawl space using our 20 mil liner and protected everything with a Aprilaire Dehumidifier. Let us know what you think!
